How many days you need to shipp my order?
I go to the postal office only 1 time each week. So I will shipp your order in 1-7 days.
Do you shipp international?
Yes, but do the covid-19 maybe I cant sent anything to your country, in that case I will return your money.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Due the Covid-19 please be patient, they can be several delays.
Normally can take:
Spain: 3-5 work days.
Europe: 2-3 weeks.
Out of Europe: 1-2 months.
Wich postal company do u use?
I shipp all with CORREOS, the spain postal company and I shipp ALL with tracking number.
If u want other company let me know contacting me.
My package has been lost what can I do?
Contact me with your name and order number to work together to see what happened to your package.
